Background & Experience

My interest in computers started early — around age 10 or 11 — when I took apart my first machine, an old HP laptop. I wanted to understand how everything worked, from the hardware to the cables to the tiny components inside. That curiosity never went away, and over the years it grew into a passion for building, repairing, and understanding computers from the inside out.

I’ve been troubleshooting and repairing computers for nearly 15 years now. During that time, I’ve worked with all kinds of systems and setups, gaining hands-on experience with hardware replacement, custom PC builds, and full system setups. These are the areas where I feel most confident and where I can deliver the most value to my customers.

What I enjoy most about this work is knowing I’m helping someone with something they rely on every day. A working computer isn’t just a machine — it’s how people stay connected, get work done, manage their lives, and keep their memories safe. Being able to fix those problems and make someone’s day easier is incredibly rewarding.

What sets me apart from big repair shops is simple: honesty. I don’t upsell, I don’t push unnecessary services, and I don’t try to get you to buy anything you don’t need. My goal is to give you straightforward, practical solutions that make sense for your situation.
