Pricing & Service Policy
Pricing varies depending on the type of service and the work involved. For repairs that require replacement parts, the customer is responsible for the cost of the part. If needed, I can order the part on your behalf once the cost is covered, just like a traditional repair shop.
Most services are priced per job rather than hourly, keeping things simple and fair. Hourly rates may apply for full system setups, custom PC builds, or more complex projects — and these are always discussed upfront so you know exactly what to expect.
My goal is to provide honest, transparent pricing with no upselling and no unnecessary charges. You only pay for the work you need.
